1. St. Alphonsus (Catholic) Cemetery
, State Street, north of Weimer Avenue, Lemont. 3.5 acres purchased in January 1870. Established in 1870. Office located at Resurrection, 708-458-4770.
2. Sts. Cyril & Methodius (Catholic) Cemetery
, State Street, south of Keepataw Drive, Lemont, Illinois. The center gate on State Street has a plaque reading "A.D. 1886". Many tombstones written in Polish, Office located at Resurrection, 708-458-4770.
3. St. James of Sag {Bridge} (Catholic) Cemetery
, Archer Avenue, just east of Route 83, probably the oldest Catholic cemetery in the Chicago Archdiocese. Earliest burial may date to 1816. Land first acquired in 1858. Eight acres atop the bold promontory at the confluence of the Sag and Des Plaines Valleys. St. James "The Shrine of the Poor Souls" occupies a unique position among the churches of the Middle West. Holy Mass is said to have been celebrated here since 1650. Father St. Cyr, the French missionary, was the first pastor. Owners of some 700 of original 1,000 cemetery plots are unknown. Many were of early Irish canal workers. Also, includes burials relocated from even older cemetery in Haytown (named for thatched style roofs) in New Avenue area near the Will-Cook Counties line. 4. St. Matthew's Lutheran Cemetery
, 127th Street, Lemont, Illinois, burials from 1852, original 3.3 acres was owned by Mr. John F. Tedens and was sold to St. Matthew's Church in March of 1877. Property is described as east half of southeast quarter of Section 30-37-11 and was recorded on June 8, 1880 in Book 15, page 59, Docket No. 275199. 630-257-5000.
5. St. Patrick (Catholic) Cemetery
, Bluff Road northeast of Lemont Road intersection, Lemont, Illinois. (restricted access). Burials from 1831. Formally established in 1849, Office located at Resurrection 708-458-4770. Contact St. Patrick Church Rectory prior to visit, 630-257-6134.
6. Bethany Evangelican Lutheran Cemetery
, McCarthy Road & First Street, Lemont. Also known as the Swedish Cemetery. Earliest Burials in 1880, Church phone number is 630-257-7953.
7. Cass Cemetery
, located on the North Frontage Road of Interstate 55 (Stevenson Expressway), one-half mile west of Cass Avenue in Downers Grove Township, Darien, DuPage County. Established in 1836.

9. Fairmount-Willows Hills Memorial Park Cemetery
, Archer Avenue, just west of the town of Willow Springs, Ilinois.
10. Danish Cemetery
, West 127th Street, Lemont, Illinois. Located west of Lemont Township Park District on the south side of 127ths Street. One acre of land originally sold by John and Augusta Ahrens in August 20, 1892.

12. Lemont Methodist Cemetery, (closed)

13. Brown Family Cemetery
, West Logan Street, Lemont, Illinois. Established by Lemuel Brown (1815-1894) to provide burial space for members of his family.

15. St. Mary's ( Franciscan Friars) Cemetery
, It is a private cemetery for priests of the Franciscan Seminary in Lemont Township, Cook County, Illinois is located on a wooden hillside on east side of Saint Mary’s Slovenian property along East Main Street, Lemont.
16. Lady of Victory
. It is a private cemetery located at 1260 Franciscan Drive, Lemont, for nuns of the Lady of Victory Convent. The main Convent building was demolished in the summer of 2004. The cemetery remains on the hillside at the upper southwestern corner of the Franciscan complex.
