Boe's Saloon on Stephen St, Lemont, IL

 

In the "old days", Lemont was said to be a town of churches and bars. This is a view of Boe's saloon at 108 Stephen Street, circa 1900. Mr. Boe later moved from this location to the basement of 106 Stephen Street (Tedens & Dystrup Store).
